During week five’s session, I discussed Bitcoin as a decentralized system for transferring value. We covered peer-to-peer transactions, proof-of-work, and mining. ⛏️ I also touched on Bitcoin’s environmental impact 🌍 and proposed the hypothesis that it could be digital gold, with potential adoption by governments and institutions on the horizon. 🏛️
